Happy Thanksgiving to all. We have had a pretty eventful long weekend, tiring but enjoyable. For the holiday we were visited by Jill's sister Janice and Elliot's cousins Hannah and William. Of course we had turkey, stuffing, etc... And even Elliot got in the act, eating a mushed turkey dinner on Thursday. His first protein! Very exciting, and of course he devoured it. Below is the before eating picture, capturing his Turkey onesie sent by Grandma Ruth.
On Friday we loaded up the car and headed to the Zoo for a little bit. We saw big snakes, lions, giraffes. We witnessed some very playful Tiger cubs chasing after their mother. And of course we posed in front of this cute fellow. An even bigger hit than the zoo was the rocketship playground near our house that had to be visited twice while the cousins were here.
